Acu-Flex™ Threading Instructions
Slide wire supply spool over center post.
Slide on the cage, turning it slightly so the hex hole in the cage engages with the hex on the post.
Slide the Acu-Flex™ disk into cage with filaments between each pin.
Place the cage cover on top, with the pins inserting into the corresponding holes of the cover.
Place the retaining ring over the square end of the center post.
Turn the tension adjustment, so that the filaments bend in the direction of the wire takeoff wheel.
Take the end of the wire and pull over the take-off wheel.
