MODEL 300 SWITCHABLE TENSION STEPPER
Adjusts Wire Tension during the Winding Cycle!

Control winding cycle tensions in a way never before possible - AFFORDABLY! You can electronically predetermine tension levels for the acceleration phase, deceleration, running speed and for Skeining or tapping. Or you can predetermine acceleration and running speed tensions for both primary and secondary coils without interrupting the winding process. You control the entire process remotely from your existing winder's control system!

• Adjusts automatically during the winding cycle for up to 4 predetermined tension levels

• Controllable remotely by your existing winder's electronic control system

• Retrofits easily to existing tensioners. (May require slotting of a hole in tensioner.)

• Perfect for use with Azonic Models 30-40G, 30-350G and 30-700G tensioners. (Previously the Model 3000-F, Model 3000 and Model 3000-H). A Model 350 Stepper is being developed for the Azonic Model 4C-3000 Tension.
